School Life at Fairlight Glen 

At Fairlight Glen, the school day begins gently at 9:00am, with pupils warmly welcomed by staff to ensure a positive, supportive and unhurried start where every student feels valued and ready to learn.

Each morning begins with Group Time, a relaxed opportunity for students to share experiences from home, reflect on their week and build strong, trusting relationships with peers and staff before moving into their first lesson. 

A calm break at 10:45am provides time to pause, enjoy a snack and recharge, followed by continued learning until lunch at 12:30pm, where

students and teachers eat together around the main table, encouraging conversation and a sense of community. After lunch, pupils can

unwind in the school garden or enjoy activities such as table tennis before settling into their afternoon sessions, with the day finishing at 3:00pm.
