At Fairlight Glen, we take all concerns and complaints seriously and are committed to resolving them fairly and promptly. If you wish to make a complaint against a member of staff, please address this to Lee Palmer, Headteacher.
If the complaint is against the Headteacher, please address it to Heather Leatt, Chair of the Governing Body.
Complaints can be submitted by email to hradmin@pcel.uk. Our full Complaints Procedure, which outlines the steps involved and how your complaint will be handled, is available on our school website at www.fairlightglen.co.uk. We encourage all visitors and members of our school community to review this procedure to ensure your concerns are directed and managed in the most effective way.
